A graduate of Loyola Marymount University, Grant has a successful background in sales management for a Fortune 30 company. With a passion for sales and fundraising, he has spoken extensively on generating results. He enjoys fishing and running, and has completed over 60 marathons and ultra-marathons around the world.

Megan Mandeville has award-winning event management experience, involved in as many as 31 events a month and welcoming up to 20,000 guests at a time...generating a Return on Investment of up to 20:1. She loves events, and it shows. 

From working with clients to establish objectives and determine measurable variables of success; to setting kickoff meetings; selling and managing joint sponsorships; managing relationships / negotiating with venues and vendors around the world; securing and coordinating high-profile guests / speakers; coordinating logistics including food & beverage, audio / visual needs, travel arrangements, giveaways, auction items, registrations, budget projection and reconciliation, and public relations; to hiring and managing large volunteer teams, she adds value to each event. 

Along with assisting Grant Snyder as "Chief Spotter" at your auctions -- and helping to feature certain offerings for bid (from cuddly puppies to Renoir paintings) in "Vanna White Style" -- Megan can help you with any combination of the myriad of details that bring events to life and generate money for your organization.

She has studied marketing at Harvard Business School as well as earning an MBA from The Peter F. Drucker Graduate School of Management and graduating from The Claremont Colleges. She enjoys being near a golf course, a tennis court, or the beach, and has taken over 110 cooking classes around the world.
